Oak Cycles

Oak Cycles is a small frame builder in South London. Ryan, its founder is a pure example of traditional craftsmanship. His methods and dedication are the ones of a good frame builder.

In his quiet workshop he was immersed in the process of putting together his own polo bike frame with a mix of Reynolds 853 and 631 tubing.

I went to visit the workshops at Condor Cycles recently where I know some of the people behind the brand. I was really glad to have the chance to get inside the place and see what happens behind the walls of one of the most emblematic cycling companies in the UK.

These images have been commissioned for a book dedicated to all aspects of the London cycling community and especially the people of LFGSS forum.
